Conditions agreement

By making a booking you are agreeing to accept the following terms and conditions for you and all those who take part.

Tariffs

Prices are in Euros and refer to the period requested. The price includes charges for electricity, gas, water, linen and the use of the common areas. The price does not include the security deposit and any damages that may occur during your stay. We reserve the right to change the advertised prices of our property at any time without prior notification. However, we will confirm the price of your holiday at the point of booking and it will be not changed under any circumstances.

Reservation

To make a reservation please use the proper online booking form that you will find on any page of the website www.fraivolti.it. You will have to provide us with your details, including a reachable telephone number, email address, the dates of your stay and the number of people in your party. If you only want to send an enquiry or have any doubt, before booking online, you can ask for information by writing an email to fraivolti@gmail.com and provide us with your contact info to reach you as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policies

Reservations can be cancelled within 1 day before your arrival with no charge and you will be given the amount back in case of advance payment, otherwise, the whole amount of your stay will be charged. In case of an early departure, we will keep the amount agreed for the whole stay. Any cancellation or modification, if within cancellation terms, must be notified in writing to our email fraivolti@gmail.com and will have to be confirmed by the owner in writing.

Unavailability of the accommodation

In the unlikely event of us being unable to allocate you the accommodation booked, you will be given the options of either accepting an offer of alternative accommodation of a similar standard, in a similar location or a full refund of all monies paid to us. In the event of you opt to take a refund, compensation will be limited to the amount of money we have received to date.

Management standards

Linen includes bed linen and one set of towels (personal and shower) per person. The units are equipped with beds, pillows and blankets, closet, hangers, drawers, bedside tables or shelves, central lighting, wall sconces or bedside lamps. Everything will have to be compared to the number of nights of sleep.

The kitchen of Fraivolti Apartment is equipped with an induction hob with oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, refrigerator, sink with drainer, set of pots, cutlery and kitchen utensils.

Fraivolti room is equipped with a Nespresso machine, kettle and mini-bar.

The bathrooms, in addition to the linen, are equipped with a wastebasket, mirror and contiguous outlet for electricity, shelf, toilet brush and bath mat.

Arrival – Payment – Cautionary Deposit

At least 24 hours before your arrival the guest must inform the owner about your arrival time, to welcome you at the accommodation, as we do not have a reception. On the arrival day, you can check-in from 3.00 p.m.

On arrival at the accommodation, guests need to show their passports or ID cards. The contact person at the accommodation has the right to refuse admittance to guests who do not present valid identification.

On arrival we will hand over the key, we will show you the apartment and together with the balance for the apartment you will have to pay the cautionary deposit of 200,00€ to cover possible damages. The deposit will be given back at departure after the manager has checked the apartment. In case of damage, the guest will have to refund the owner before leaving.

We accept the following payment methods: cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Bancomat) and Paypal.

Departure – Return of the property

Upon departure, the owner will meet you to get the key back and to check the status of the apartment, if it is released in the same conditions as it was given and if all the rules of this contract were respected, you will receive the deposit back. Any damages will have to be deducted from the cautionary deposit. The apartment check-out is at 10.00 a.m., unless otherwise agreed.

Animals

We regret pets are not allowed in Fraivolti room. In Fraivolti apartment a small pet is allowed on request.

Your stay

In the unlikely event that you observe any damage on your arrival or any issues arise during your stay, including maintenance, please contact us immediately to deal with your query/complaint. If you fail to do this then the owner cannot accept responsibility as they have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and resolve the problem.

Under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of people as stated in the property description occupy a property except by prior consent stated on the booking confirmation. If this is not adhered to, the landlord has the right to ask the visitors to leave immediately.

We take great care to ensure the property is clean and in good condition but it is the client’s responsibility to leave the property in the condition they found it.

Any breakages or complaints should be notified to the owners immediately so that every effort can be made to resolve issues during your stay.

You must engage in good neighbourly behaviour, preserve the residential amenity and not be a nuisance or annoyance to adjoining or neighbouring occupiers. Particularly noise should be kept to a minimum between 10.00 p.m. and 8.00 a.m. and between 1.00 p.m. and 3.00 p.m..

Parents should please take care of their children constantly so that they do not disturb the neighbourhood.

The guests shall take all reasonable and proper care of the property and any furniture, pictures, fittings and effects in or around the property and leave them in the same state of repair and condition at the end of the rental period as found at the beginning.

Breakages and damage will be treated on a case by case basis and costs, repair or replacement may be taken from the deposit.

Sun cream, fake tan, waterproof makeup and hair dye can cause permanent damage to bedding, linen and towels and we ask all guests to take care when using these products. If you plan to use them, we recommend that you bring some spare linen to prevent staining during your stay. If such staining occurs, although every effort will be taken to remove any stains if this is not possible, a charge may be levied to replace these items.

Please be advised that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for loss of or damage to any of your items or belongings, however caused or for any matters outside our reasonable control including without limit: interruptions in the supply of basic services such as running water and electricity.
