Brand new apartment in the artistic and romantic area of San Polo, in the heart of Venice. Central but in a very typical neighborhood, just perfect to find your home in Venice: you can reach the main points of interest in a few minutes on foot or by water bus, with the stop less than a minute away.
The 60 sqm apartment, cozy and cared for in every detail, is located on the first floor of an independent 16th-century building, completely renovated in 2021. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms with a double bed 160x200 cm (5'3" x 6'6"), each with an en-suite bathroom and a large shower. On request, the double bed of the second bedroom can be converted into twin beds.
In the central part of the house, there is a modern kitchen equipped with all appliances: induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, oven, Nespresso machine and refrigerator. In the apartment, you can enjoy the following facilities: WiFi (hi-speed), washing machine, hairdryer, Smart TVs, USB sockets, iron and iron board. All rooms are provided with individually controlled air conditioning and heating.
The flat is on the first floor with 15 steps to reach its entrance.
If you arrive before check-in time or if you need to leave your suitcases on the check-out day, you can store them in a cabinet with a keypad lock on the ground floor.

The San Polo district is the richest in artisan shops and small typical Venetian taverns. In this neighborhood, you will be able to see the Basilica of Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari and the Scuola Grande di San Rocco but, above all, the majestic Rialto Bridge.
TRAVEL DIRECTIONS AND GETTING HERE
FROM VENICE MARCO POLO AIRPORT:
- car taxi or bus number 5 to Piazzale Roma (fare 8€/person) and then take the water bus (vaporetto) line 1 towards "LIDO" (fare 7,50€/person) and get off at the San Tomà stop.
- otherwise, at the exit of the airport go to the nearby dock and take the public transportation orange line Alilaguna boat (fare 15€/person) and get off at the Rialto stop. From here take the water bus (vaporetto) line 1 towards "LIDO" (fare 7,50€/person) and get off at the San Tomà stop.
- otherwise, a water taxi from the Venice Airport to the apartment, total cost around € 130.
FROM TREVISO CANOVA AIRPORT
- ATVO shuttle bus to Piazzale Roma (fare 12€/person) and then take the water bus (vaporetto) line 1 towards "LIDO" (fare 7,50€/person) and get off at the San Tomà stop.
FROM PIAZZALE ROMA (CAR/BUS TERMINAL):
- take the water bus (vaporetto) line 1 towards "LIDO" (public transportation, fare 7,50€/person) and get off at the San Tomà stop.
FROM TRONCHETTO (CRUISE/CAR TERMINAL):
- take the water bus (vaporetto) line 2 (fare 7,50€/person) to the Rialto stop. From here (with the same ticket) take the water bus (vaporetto) line 1 towards "LIDO" and get off at the San Tomà stop.
FROM SANTA LUCIA TRAIN STATION:
- out of Santa Lucia Train Station take the water bus (vaporetto) line 1 towards "LIDO" (fare 7,50€/person) and get off at the San Tomà stop.
Alternatively, if you don't have heavy luggage (there are bridges to cross), you can walk to my apartment from Piazzale Roma/Train Station in about 10 minutes.
